FireDesign.ai takes a DXF or DWG floor plan and produces a validated sprinkler layout, hydraulic analysis, and review-ready deliverables in minutes — built on NFPA 13, 13R, and 13D.
- CAD intake — DXF and DWG with configurable standards and overrides
- Room intelligence — planar graph inference plus AI fallback for unresolved cases
- Deterministic placement — grid-based layouts with Meyer Box fill and KDTree obstruction avoidance
- Routing & hydraulics — A* pipe routing with full supply/demand analysis
- Validation — 27+ compliance checks, fail-closed by default
Why it matters.
The fire protection industry runs on hours that engineers spend on the same repeatable geometry problem. Automating the boring 80% lets the people who actually understand fire behavior focus on the 20% that needs judgment.
