Welcome to FireDesign.ai ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FireDesign.ai website, products, and services (collectively, the "Service"). FireDesign.ai is a product of Think Big Technology LLC. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use FireDesign.ai. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
FireDesign.ai provides automated fire protection design tools, including CAD analysis, sprinkler layout, hydraulic analysis, and code-compliance checks. The Service is intended to assist licensed professionals; designs produced by the Service are not a substitute for review, certification, or approval by a qualified, licensed engineer where required by applicable law or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details are published on our website and may change from time to time. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of FireDesign.ai, Think Big Technology LLC, or our licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, upload, or generate using the Service ("User Content"), including floor plans, project files, and outputs. By providing User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display such content solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

FireDesign.ai is a tool that assists fire protection professionals; it is not a licensed engineer. You are solely responsible for verifying, reviewing, and approving any design produced by the Service before it is used for construction, permitting, or any safety-critical purpose. You agree that final designs require review and certification by a licensed professional in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and jurisdictional requirements.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that the results produced will meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FireDesign.ai, Think Big Technology LLC, and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FireDesign.ai, Think Big Technology LLC, and our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
